Citywide school transportation

I was curious: Have most of the kinks been worked out starting the year with car flow, bus routes, etc? Any timing / route tricks people have used? Any glaring systemic issues we’re seeing year to year that seem to persist?

I’ve found over in Cranbury that things by and large have settled down. We’re managing the no parking with the new schoolfoengt by and large, outside of the occasional early school year or weather challenge, it seems to be going better.
